He is also the Co-Founder of BeerOps, Australia's largest technology networking event, and the Founder of The Leadership Panel. With a background in talent management and recruitment, Gerhard has also held roles such as Director of Talent at Contino and Group Recruitment Manager at amaysim Australia Ltd. Additionally, he has experience in technical talent consulting and has received awards for his achievements in billings and as Rookie of the Year. Gerhard has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.
