Michael Fuller is an experienced customer service representative currently working at V SHRED, a leading fitness app and supplement brand, since October 2021. In addition to a robust customer service background that includes roles at Global Custom Commerce, Brooksource, Percepta, Family Heritage Life Insurance Company, and CPAP.com, Michael has been self-employed as a caricaturist, cartoonist, artist, and illustrator since January 1999. Michael holds degrees in Information Technology and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Columbus State Community College and a degree in Computer Science from DeVry University, further enhancing expertise in customer experience and technical support.
