Swapnil Palekar currently serves as Product In Charge at V-Guard, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Swapnil accumulated extensive experience in sales and management roles, including tenure as Area Sales Manager at OSRAM India Pvt Ltd from March 2014 to November 2023. Prior to that, Swapnil worked at Philips Electronics India Ltd as Assist Manager from May 2009 to February 2014, and at Hindustan Unilever Ltd in various capacities, starting as Sales Trainee in May 2007, progressing to Territory Sales Officer from June 2008 to May 2009, and participating in the Gurukul Project.
