Stepan Medvedev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis within the maritime industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at V.Group since January 2010, Stepan has played a pivotal role in transforming and redesigning the company's ERP system, leading to significant enhancements in the crewing process and overall operational efficiency. Prior to this, Stepan worked as a Crew System Expert and Crew Assistant at Baltic Group International from December 2007 to January 2010. Stepan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Transport Management from Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping, obtained between 2010 and 2015, and completed secondary education at Riga Secondary School Nr.34 from 1998 to 2006.
