Paul Clifton is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in crewing and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Crewing at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines since May 2023, Paul previously held the role of Global Recruitment Manager at V.Group, where responsibilities included managing the global recruitment operation for V. Ships Leisure. Additional roles include Crew Management Partner at V.Group, Operational Team Lead at NHS Shared Business Services, and Senior Crewing Lead at Carnival UK. Paul’s career began after earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cruise Management from the University of Plymouth in 2012.
