Matthias Franz has significant experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Head of Sales for the DACH and BeNeLux regions at V. Fraas GmbH since 1999. In this role, Matthias oversees operations across over 3,000 retailers and more than 600 stores, focusing on professional area management, product availability, and sustainability initiatives such as CO2 neutrality and nearshoring made in Germany. Previous positions at V. Fraas GmbH include Key-Account Manager, Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, and Sales Manager for OEM, along with earlier experience at Peggy Goldreich GmbH as Export/Vertrieb and an Export Manager and Trainee at V.
