Paolo Castano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within leading organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy for both EMEA and Global Supply Chain at VF Corporation since 2014, Paolo has previously held key positions including Director of Corporate Strategy at the same company and Principal at Booz & Company from 2005 to 2014. Additionally, Paolo has experience as a Strategy Manager at Comcast and worked as a Research Analyst at Siemens Corporate Research. Academically, Paolo holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School, along with a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a degree from RWTH Aachen University.
