Hafiz Razak currently serves as a Senior Operation Engineer at Uzma Group since May 2023, focusing on the D18 Marsya Water Injection Facility. Prior to this role, Hafiz held various positions, including Technical Project Manager at Premier Blast from June 2014 to May 2023, and Assistant Manager Asset and Operation at Alam Swiber Offshore (M) Sdn. Bhd. from June 2013 to June 2014. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Superintendent at JRI Resources Sdn Bhd, 3rd Engineer at Leighton Offshore Pte Ltd, and 2nd Engineer at Saipem. Early career development included positions as Technical Executive at MLC Shipbuilding Sdn Bhd and Fourth Engineer at AP Moller Maersk, Singapore, starting as a Cadet/Fourth Engineer at Global Maritime Ventures.
