Mathieu Schier has an extensive background in HR management, process engineering, organizational development, and resource management. With experience as a Business Process Manager, Recruitment & Career Advisor, and Dienstverantwoordelijke Rekrutering en Selectie at UZ Gent, Mathieu also served as an HR Staff Member at Hogeschool Gent and Recruitment Consultant at SELOR. Additionally, Mathieu held the position of Project Manager at Selor2014 and was a Board Member at FOS Open Scouting. With a Master's degree in Philosophy from UGent, Mathieu has a strong background in business analysis, modeling, and project management.
