Carla Moore is a seasoned leadership development consultant currently working with Unlimited Vacation Club, where expertise focuses on leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for top management in Jamaica. In addition, Carla serves as an adjunct lecturer at The University of the West Indies, teaching courses related to gender and cultural diversity. As the owner and chief curator of Honey and Lime Jamaica, Carla emphasizes social and environmental consciousness while promoting self-care. With extensive experience in curriculum development and training facilitation for various organizations, including the Equality for All Jamaica Foundation, Carla advocates for equitable access to healthcare and social services for marginalized populations. Carla's background also includes freelance blogging, policy development, and outreach consultancy, with a strong focus on gender issues and LGBTQ+ advocacy. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Gender Studies from Queen's University and a BA (Hons) in Media and Communications from the University of the West Indies.
