Kathleen Jones, EDRP, serves as the Disaster Recovery Program Manager at UW Health, where responsibilities include managing IS disaster recovery plans, executing test activities, and ensuring compliance with business objectives. With a robust background in systems analysis, Kathleen has also held roles such as Senior Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst, focusing on the implementation of clinical solutions across various service areas. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Application Analyst at Aurora Health Care and holding positions such as Marketing Specialist and Help Desk Manager at the Wisconsin Health Information Network. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Edgewood College and multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Improvement from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
