Daniel Jordan has a strong background in healthcare and nursing. Daniel started their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Mary's Hospital in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Daniel then became a Registered Nurse at the same hospital from 2006 to 2011, eventually moving up to the role of Nursing Supervisor from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Director of Nursing for the Medical ICU at St. Mary's Hospital. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Director of the Medical and Surgical & Specialty ICU, overseeing daily nursing and unit operations for a 12-bed Medical ICU and a 15-bed Surgical ICU. In 2017, they joined UW Health as the Director of the Madison Surgery Center.
Daniel Jordan earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Edgewood College between 2010 and 2013.
