Crystal Albrent currently serves as the Director of Digital Health Technology for Mobile Front Door at UW Health, a position held since September 2024. Crystal has been the Owner and CEO of Hope Clothing GB since May 2018, focusing on online marketing strategies. Prior roles include Director of Digital Health & Innovation, Information Technology Manager, and Epic Application Technical Specialist at Hospital Sisters Health System from April 2011 to September 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Clinical Content Facilitator/Project Manager and Preventive Health Screener at UW Health, as well as a Student Intern at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Crystal's academic qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from the same university, complemented by completion of CHIME's CIO Bootcamp in 2020.
