Sabi Kolev has worked in the aerospace and engineering industries since 2002. Sabi began their career at Belkanto Ltd. as an IT Network & Domain Administrator in 2002. In 2005, they joined Devorex as a Production Manager of Plastics Dept. and was later promoted to Production Director, Plastics & Metal Tooling Production and Board Member, Production Executive Director. In 2015, Sabi moved to OPTIX Co. where they held the roles of Director Optical and Mechanical Dept. and Lean Project Manager. Finally, in 2016, they joined Uvionix Aerospace Corporation as the Director International Projects.

Sabi Kolev has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Plovdiv University 'Paisii Hilendarski' which was obtained between 2000 and 2004. Prior to this, Sabi obtained a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from National High School of Commerce - Plovdiv between 1995 and 2000. Sabi also holds a number of certifications, including a PRINCE2 Foundation Examination from APMG-International obtained in March 2014, a REFA Grundausbildung, Arbeitsorganisation und Prozessdatenmanagement from REFA Bundesverband e. V. Darmstadt obtained in November 2011, an EBC*L European Business Competence* License from KWE Wirtschaftskompetenz für Europa e.V. obtained in September 2011, and a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) from Cisco Academy obtained in December 2004.
