Mark Rothenmeyer is a highly experienced flight paramedic currently working at UVA Health since September 2021. Rothenmeyer provides emergency and non-emergency Advanced Life Support in multiple capacities, including as a paramedic with Madison County VA EMS and Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center. Additionally, Rothenmeyer has served in various paramedic roles with Winchester Fire and Rescue Department and Sentara Healthcare. With a military background as a Tactical Psychological Operations Team Chief in the US Army, Rothenmeyer demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Professional Studies in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Paramedic degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
