Ted Cole has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1992 when they founded The HUB Online Service. As the Founder, Ted provided online public service graphical BBS serving West Michigan, with a focus on West Michigan churches and schools. In 1997, Ted became the Director of Information Systems & Director of Telecommunications at Holland Home. In this role, they expressed their appreciation for the staff, residents, atmosphere, and organization of the highest caliber. In 1999, Ted moved to Beene Garter LLP as the Director of Information Systems for a mid-sized West Michigan Accounting Firm. Finally, in 2010, Ted founded UV Partners Inc., developing UV Angel, a paradigm-shifting technology that actively monitors and disinfects targeted surfaces while recording each disinfection.
Ted Cole began their education at Central Michigan University from 1976 to 1980, studying General Studies. Ted then attended Rhema from 1981 to 1984 for Pastoral Studies. Ted also attended Grand Valley State University, Davenport University, and Grand Rapids Community College, though the duration of their studies at these institutions is unknown.
