Lupe Amparo is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Utz Brands, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Lupe held positions including Sr. Plant HR Manager at Graham Packaging (August 2017 - June 2023), Human Resources Manager at Cafe Valley (August 2015 - May 2017), and Director of Human Resources at Hotel Cleaning Services (February 2012 - August 2015). Additionally, Lupe worked as an HR Manager at Chompie's Restaurants (April 2008 - August 2010), overseeing HR functions for multiple locations, and as a Regional Client Services Manager/HR Liaison at Right Management from 1998 to 2007. Lupe is currently pursuing a Master's in Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Northern Arizona University, expected to complete studies in 2012.
