Mahesh Raghav's work experience includes being the Head of Commercial at Uttamenergy Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. from February 2014 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Banking Officer at ICICI Bank from January 2013 to February 2014.

Mahesh Raghav pursued their education in the field of Accounting and Finance. From 2007 to 2010, they attended CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they enrolled at Punjab Technical University to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Accounting and Finance.
