Ruben Zamora possesses extensive experience in learning management systems and instructional technology within higher education. Since December 2015, Ruben has served as the LMS Development Manager at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, providing technical leadership and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the campus learning management system. Prior to this role, Ruben worked at The University of Texas-Pan American, first as a Learning Management System Specialist, where responsibilities included the management and development of the university's LMS, and previously as a Help Desk Manager providing Tier-2 support for instructional technologies. Ruben holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Pan American.
