Justine Ulmer is the Sr. IT Project Manager and Co-Founder of UpTime OnTime, Inc. (UTOT), a company where Justine has been the owner and partner since 2005. Prior to that, Justine held the role of Global IT Support Manager at PwC Risk and Regulatory from January 1999 to March 2004. Justine also worked as a Senior System Administrator at Professional Consulting Services from January 1997 to January 1999.
