Scott Ackerlund is a skilled creative professional with extensive experience in video production, editing, and color correction. Currently serving as a Creative Finisher at Utopic since November 2018, Scott utilizes tools such as Davinci Resolve and BlackMagic Fusion. Previous roles include Video Editor/Colorist at NuWave Now, where Scott produced network-quality commercials and managed project organization, and a Contract Videographer/Editor at SouthComm, Inc., delivering corporate videos. Additional experiences at Space Toad VFX, Digital Realm, and freelance endeavors further highlight Scott’s expertise in various editing and visual effects software. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Video Production from The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles.
