Ilona Sildmäe has an extensive background in data partnerships and business analysis, currently serving as Head of Data at Utopia Music from August 2020 to June 2024, where previous roles included Senior Business Analyst and Data Partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Funding Manager at Funderbeam and co-founding the mental health coaching app Vent On Demand. Ilona has held various analytical roles at Louis Dreyfus Commodities, De Beers, CRU, and Société Générale, beginning career as a Trainee Equity Research Analyst. Educational credentials feature an MSc in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London, a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, and a BA in Economics from Durham University.
