Jackie Lovegren is an experienced office manager currently at Utopia Home Care, Inc. since November 2014, responsible for processing payroll for office employees and registered nurses, overseeing medical records and scheduling, and collaborating with various departments. Previously, Jackie served as Vice President of Programs and Services at the Community Action Agency of New Haven, managing department managers and front-line employees while reorganizing departments to enhance program efficiency. From September 2001 to January 2014, Jackie held roles at Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now, Inc., including Director of Administrative Services and Project Planning, ensuring compliance with contracts and coordinating fundraising events. Earlier, Jackie worked as an Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries, teaching job-seeking skills and providing case management services. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Longwood University, obtained in 1999.
