Chris Martin's work experience begins in 1996 as a Sales Director at Marcus Evans. Chris later became a Director at London Link Properties Limited, where they were responsible for various aspects of sales, new homes, lettings, and management. From 2009 to 2017, Chris served as the Group Business Development Director at David Phillips Group, overseeing high-level business development and account management. Chris then worked as the UK Director at BidX1 in 2018 and as a Supply Director at Lyvly from 2019 to 2021. Chris served as a Consultant at SAY Property Consulting from 2022 to 2023 and as a Co-Founder & Non-Exec Director at CLARK DESIGN GROUP from 2021 to present. Chris also had a voluntary role as a Campaign Board Member at The Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe starting in 2022. Currently, Chris serves as the Head of Direct Sales - Europe at Utopi, a specialist ESG technology platform for the multi-tenant real estate sector.

Chris Martin attended Abingdon School from 1985 to 1992. Chris then went on to study Pharmacology at the University of Bristol, earning a BSc Hons degree from 1992 to 1995.
