Gabriel Eduardo Morejón López is a Professor at UTM Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Previously, Gabriel Eduardo held roles such as Director of TICS at the Ministerio de Justicia, Derechos Humanos y Cultos, Asesor Presidencial at the Presidencia de la República del Ecuador, and Responsable de Infraestructura de TI at the Asamblea Nacional. Gabriel Eduardo holds a Maestría in Gerencia de Sistemas and is currently pursuing a Doctorado de TICS.
