Gilles Mepossi Noutcha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering transformation, strategic growth, and operational improvement. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Transformation at Invenco by GVR since December 2022, Gilles leads the initiative to enhance the engineering organization into a world-class SaaS entity. Previously, Gilles held the position of Director of Strategic Growth at Insite360 and co-founded Grassland Advisory Group LLC, providing various support services to public and private sector clients. Additional roles include Sub-Sahara Africa Sales Director at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Manager of High Growth Markets at Fortive, and Investment Associate at VestedWorld. Gilles also gained valuable experience as a Social Enterprise Summer Fellow at Harvard Business School and has held engineering positions at Eaton Electrical and Textron, focusing on product engineering and process improvements.
