Kevin has responsibility for delivery of services and USP’s proprietary project methodology. With over 30 years of IT experience, Kevin is a trusted advisor to the client’s senior management team. He has natural leadership and facilitation skills and has excelled at managing USP’s project teams. Kevin is a certified SCRUM Master and has incorporated the Agile SCRUM methodology into USPs project methodology. Kevin is a certified Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist as well as Oracle Cloud Service Sales Support Specialist.

Kevin’s expertise with the Oracle Utilities Product Suite is based on more than 15 successful implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects over the past 15 years. Kevin has extensive experience as a project manager and solution architect. His skills include project management, solution design, quality assurance, integration, data conversion, testing, and training. He has worked with municipal utilities, cooperatives, and investor owned utilities providing water, sewer, electric, gas, refuse, and recycling services to customer bases of under 50,000 to over one million accounts.

Prior to joining USP, Kevin was the President and co-founder of Lionwerx, LLC. His other industry experience includes healthcare, child welfare services, education, marketing and call center applications. Kevin began his career in the US Air Force as a Avionics Maintenance Technician/Programmer/Analyst.
