Connie Bedaw, CIC, currently serves as the MA Marketing Representative at Utica First Insurance Company since July 2021. Prior to this role, Connie spent over six years as a Senior Field Representative at Berkshire Hathaway Guard, where responsibilities included managing a network of over 200 agencies across NH, ME, VT, and CT, leading to significant increases in account submissions, policy count, and premium volume. Connie's extensive experience also includes a 20-year tenure as Senior Vice President of Agency Development at SAN Group, Inc., overseeing the placement department and a member agency plant of 300+ agencies, while implementing processes to enhance agency retention and growth. Connie's expertise encompasses agency relations, business marketing assistance, and vendor management across regional and national levels.
