Katy Waters has been working as a Customer Service Team Manager at Utelize Mobile since September 2006. Katy received a promotion in 2024 after previously holding the title of Customer Service Team Lead and Senior Mobile Telecoms Customer Service Agent at Mala Communications. With a background in managing various customer accounts and providing bespoke mobile tariffs and telecoms analysis, Katy has also worked as an Account Manager at Mala Communications and as a Customer Service Advisor at Ocado. Katy Waters is a graduate from Trinity C of E and Waldegrave School for Girls.
