Kevin Rusch

VP of Advancement at Utah Youth Village

Kevin Rusch is the VP of Advancement at UTAH YOUTH VILLAGE. Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in the field of development and fundraising, eight of which were spent as the Senior Director of Development at Salt Lake Community College. In this role, Kevin was responsible for increasing funding for the college through capital improvements, scholarships, program support, and community outreach initiatives. Kevin also built relationships with surrounding communities and formed partnerships with other organizations in pursuit of joint fundraising efforts.

In 2010, Kevin left Salt Lake Community College to become the Director of Advancement at Utah Youth Village, where they oversaw all aspects of the organization's fundraising efforts. During their time at Utah Youth Village, Kevin increased the amount of money raised each year and helped the organization expand its programs and services.

In 2014, Kevin left Utah Youth Village to become a Mortgage Consultant with Mortgage-Alliance Group. Kevin worked with clients to find the best mortgage options available and helped them navigate the mortgage process. Kevin also educated clients on financial planning and budgeting so that they could make sound decisions about their mortgages.

Kevin Rusch is a highly experienced fundraiser who has helped organizations raise millions of dollars over the course of their career. Kevin is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community.

Kevin Rusch received their Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah. Kevin also holds an AS in Social Sciences from Salt Lake Community College, as well as certificates in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and Fund Development from the University of Utah Nonprofit Academy of Excellence. Kevin Rusch is a graduate of Woods Cross High School.

Kevin Rusch reports to Shanna Draper, President. They work with Christopher Holfeltz - Director of IT, Chris Meacham - VP of Properties, and Wayne Arner - Director of Families First.
