Dan Larsen, CRE, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and asset management. Since September 2010, Dan has served as Sr. Portfolio Manager at Utah Retirement Systems, overseeing retail and development portfolios and managing finance, accounting, research, and risk management functions. Dan played a key role in a private real estate investment for URS’s defined contribution plan. Previous positions include Investment Analyst at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., Business Analyst and Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern at Utah Retirement Systems, and Director of Property Management and Human Resource at Split Rock, Inc. Dan holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance from Westminster University.
