Thea K. Lyssy, MA, PMP, CQIA, serves as the Chief of Staff to the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at UT Health San Antonio. With extensive experience in compliance and administration, Thea held various roles including Assistant Director of Compliance and Compliance Policy Admin & Development Manager within the Institutional Compliance & Privacy Office at UT Health San Antonio. Prior to this, Thea worked as Associate Director in the Office of Information Management & Analysis at the University of Texas at Austin, and contributed to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio as a Faculty Associate and Assistant Residency Program Director. Thea also has a background in administrative and operational management from Southern Methodist University’s Advanced Computer Education Center.
