Carlos Gonzales, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and technical consulting in the IT sector. Currently serving as Manager of the Clinical PMO and Sr. IT Project Manager at UT Health San Antonio since September 2020, Carlos has previously held key positions at The University of Texas at San Antonio, including Director of Business Information Services and Enterprise Project Manager, from February 2012 to August 2020. Other notable roles include Lead Application Systems Analyst at UTMB, PeopleSoft System Administrator at University Health System, and various positions in consulting and programming at Ciber Global and USAA. Carlos holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University, obtained in 1989.
