Ed Brancaccio

Chief Technology Officer at USTV at USTV

Ed Brancaccio has worked in the broadcast engineering industry since 1998. Ed began their career at American Media Productions as an Engineer in Charge, where they were responsible for image magnification for events and concert venues. Ed then moved to Communitek, where they were an engineer in charge of repairs and troubleshooting all broadcast equipment. From 2000-2003, they were employed at Metro Channel, where they were the Engineer in Charge for a daily live music show and a weekly sports show. In 2003, they moved to ESPN-Cold Pizza-NY as an engineer. In 2004, they were employed by All Mobile Video as an engineer, and also by Atlantic Video as their Chief Engineer. In 2006, they were hired by Mason Media Group as their Chief Technology Officer, where they designed and budgeted the HD upgrade of a government master control, and managed the design and integrations for several post-production clients. From 2007-2009, they were Chief Technology Officer at EUE/Screen Gems, where they maintained and designed upgrades to the company's technical infrastructure for over 20 stages and 200,000sqft of office space. Since 2009, they have been Chief Technology Officer at USTV, managing all technical requirements of clients from a remote multi camera production to a complex network launch. Ed also provides ongoing technical management services for weekly and daily clients.

Ed Brancaccio attended State University of New York College at Alfred from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained an EET in Electrical Engineering. Ed then transferred to State University of New York College at Farmingdale from 1997 to 1998 and obtained another EET in Electrical Engineering. Finally, they attended Five Towns College from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Television Production in Broadcast Production.
