Randy Sherrod is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in CNC machining, product care, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Principal Product Care Team Engineer at Uster Technologies since January 2014, Randy previously held positions as a Production Engineer at JTEKT Automotive North America and a Process Engineer at Exedy America Corporation, focusing on CNC programming, continuous process improvement, and project management. Randy began a career at PBR Knoxville LLC, analyzing and troubleshooting CNC machines, and contributing significantly to tooling projects and equipment commissioning. Educational qualifications include an AAS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pellissippi State Technical Community College and ongoing training from Renishaw, Kennametal University, and PBR Knoxville LLC.
