Deepthy Tajan is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition spanning several years. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at UST since June 2023, Deepthy specializes in SAP recruitment as part of the Practice Team. Previously at Allianz Technology from July 2021 to June 2023, Deepthy held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources and took on the role of Sub-Lead for Talent Acquisition, managing full cycle recruitment for specialized positions. Deepthy's career began at UST in various recruiting roles from June 2019 to July 2021, followed by a position as a Staffing Specialist at Goldman Sachs. Early experience includes serving as an HR Executive at Saasvaap Inc. and an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems, among others. Deepthy holds a PGDM in Marketing and HR from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Marian Engineering College.
