Terry Buckman, EdD has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Terry is currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Consultant at Buckman Consulting Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of Joint Gaming, Research, and Analysis at United States Strategic Command. Terry has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University.

Terry Buckman has valuable experience in founding and managing Lango Kids Omaha. Terry has also contributed their expertise to the USSTRATCOM as a Wargame Design, Planning, and Execution professional, and as a Program Manager, where they provided alternative analysis expertise and led cross-functional teams.

Before transitioning to civilian roles, Terry Buckman served in the US Navy for several years, holding various positions such as Nuclear Training Program Manager and Director of Operations and Safety Program Manager. Terry also served as Deputy Director of Manpower and Personnel at US Strategic Command/NORAD/NORTHCOM and held leadership positions on the USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76) as the Reactor Machinery Division Officer.

Throughout their career, Terry Buckman has been recognized for their exceptional performance and has received honors such as USS RONALD REAGAN Propulsion Plant Watch Officer of the Year. Terry'sbackground includes extensive training and experience in areas such as alternative analysis and decision support, strategic planning, and joint warfare coordination.

In addition to their professional achievements, Terry Buckman holds an EdD degree and is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for leadership coaching and consulting.

Terry Buckman, EdD, has a diverse educational background spanning multiple disciplines. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. Terry furthered their education at Old Dominion University, earning a Master of Engineering Management degree in Engineering Management from 2003 to 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching at the same institution.

Terry's educational journey culminated in their pursuit of a Doctorate of Education degree in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, which they completed from 2014 to 2021. Additionally, Terry has acquired various certifications to enhance their professional capabilities. In 2022, they obtained 2RL Mentor Coaching certification from Two Roads Leadership, as well as the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. Terry has also achieved 2RL Coach Level I and II certifications from Two Roads Leadership in August and July 2022, respectively.
