Flavia de Luccas serves as a Learning and Development Coordinator at USRowing since March 2022, following a role as Membership Coordinator & Club Administrator at Passaic River Rowing Association from September 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing club programs and addressing member inquiries. Flavia also gained experience as a Rowing Coach at Belleville High School from February 2013 to May 2021 and at Passaic River Rowing Association from August 2014 to August 2019, focusing on instructing students in rowing techniques. As Program Coordinator at Row New York from January 2019 to April 2021, Flavia successfully recruited athletes for virtual programs. Previous roles include Rehabilitation Technician at Oroville Hospital, Teacher's Assistant at Cornerstone Day School, Recreation Coordinator at American Education and Travel Services, and Community Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator at the International Institute of New Jersey. Flavia holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and French from Montclair State University.
