Jason Hewitt is an accomplished leader with extensive experience at the United States Postal Service, serving in various roles since March 2002, including Director of Retail & Post Office Maintenance Operations and Executive Manager of Continuous Improvement. A Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Jason has been instrumental in the national deployment of Operational Excellence and has developed industry-leading training curricula. Previous positions include financial advising at American Express, customer service coaching at Discover Financial Services, and service in the United States Air Force. Jason holds a Master of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Appalachian State University.
