Lenka Perextova is an experienced yoga teacher and holistic therapist, currently teaching private yoga classes at USPAAH - Your Spa At Home since October 2020. With a background in self-employment as a yoga teacher and holistic therapist since October 2013, Lenka has also served as Head Receptionist at il baretto from December 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included welcoming customers, handling complaints, and managing team operations. Previously, Lenka managed Yoga Mystica from October 2014 to March 2018, overseeing yoga courses, student and teacher interactions, and marketing efforts, while also teaching various yoga styles and theory classes. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Ostrava (2006-2011) and a Business Academy education in Ostrava (2000-2004).
