Tim Rogers is a seasoned professional in IT service operations, currently serving as Senior Manager Service Operations at SMARTY Mobile since December 2020. In this role, Tim is responsible for the entire IT stack and ensuring operational excellence in collaboration with key IT service partners and Three’s service operations department. Prior experience includes positions at Three where Tim advanced from Service Owner to Lead Service Owner, focusing on service maturity and technology integrations. Earlier roles at Vodafone involved managing IT incidents, services, and changes, while earlier career stages included positions at Cable&Wireless Worldwide and Timothy James Designs Limited, where Tim honed skills in client management and strategic leadership.
