Erica Schultz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erica started their career as a Public Relations/Marketing Intern at Madison Square Garden Networks & FOX Sports New York in 2000. Erica then worked as an Assistant Editor at Vive Magazine from 2003 to 2006. Erica also worked as a Freelance Writer for DC STYLE and Philadelphia STYLE in 2006. In 2007, they joined AFC Mentoring as a Web Designer, before becoming a Creative Services Intern at CDIA at Boston University. Erica then worked as a Designer, Graphic & Web at PaperLemon and as an Assistant Director, Web Design & Development at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Most recently, Erica held the role of Senior Creative Director at USO.

Erica Schultz attended the University of Maryland, where they obtained a B.A. in Communication with a focus on Public Relations. Later, they enrolled in the CDIA program at Boston University, specializing in Graphic and Web Design.
