Clay C. is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Manager of Internal Communications at USO since April 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating communications for 250 global locations. Previously, Clay worked as a Communications Consultant from May 2022 to March 2023, providing services for Fortune 200 and 250 companies in areas such as brand development and crisis communications. Clay’s experience at Dominion Energy featured a promotion to Communications Consultant, during which strategic internal communications for C-Suite executives were developed. Earlier roles include Lead Consultant at The Frontier Project and Creative Strategist at Franklin Street Marketing, focusing on brand development for C-Suite clients. Clay began a career in communications and marketing at Michigan CAT, and holds educational credentials from Madonna University. Additional experience includes a background in the United States Marine Corps and a past board membership with the Northville Chamber of Commerce.
