Cissy Fish serves as the Operations and Development Manager at USO since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading field operations and managing corporate partnership contracts in collaboration with various internal teams. Previously, Cissy Fish worked as a Grants Manager for Ride 2 Recovery / Project Hero from February 2015 to October 2017 and served as the Executive Director for Girls on the Run of Catawba Valley from October 2005 to May 2011, where Cissy Fish successfully established the organization as an affiliate with the YMCA. Additionally, Cissy Fish has experience as an Account Executive at Elizabeth Arden from 1988 to 1998, managing department store accounts across five states. Cissy Fish holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Non-Profit and Organizational Management from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business.
