Brandon Horton is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operational leadership and project management. Currently, Brandon serves as a Manager at USO since August 2023. Prior to this, Brandon held the position of General Manager at SOML Solutions from May 2022 to November 2022, and Installation Project Manager at LeafFilter Gutter Protection from December 2021 to June 2022. Brandon's notable career in the US Navy spanned over two decades, during which Brandon excelled in roles such as Operations Supervisor and Senior Enlisted Leader, managing significant personnel and operational programs. Additionally, Brandon contributed to HR operations at Home Depot as an HR Manager during a critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Ashford University and completed training at the Senior Enlisted Academy.
