Tracy Milliff is an experienced engineering and design manager with a career spanning several leadership roles across notable companies. Currently, Tracy serves as Design Manager at USNR, overseeing 18 direct reports. Prior positions include Engineering Manager at Timber Automation, managing 22 direct reports, and various engineering roles at Danfoss, including Senior Product Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Tracy has also worked as Senior Project Engineer at Bristol Compressors and Development Engineer at Scroll Technologies, contributing to significant projects in compressor design. Educational achievements include a BS in Technical & Project Management from DeVry University and coursework in calculus and physics from Virginia Highlands Community College, complemented by an A.A.S. in Engineering Technology from Tyler Junior College.
