Chris Carson serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership and consulting. Prior to this role, Chris operated Chris Carson Consulting, LLC, from October 2018 to October 2021, offering strategic and technical support to C-Suite executives. Chris also held the position of Managing Partner in the Assurance Practice at BDO USA, LLP, from November 2012 to September 2018, where guidance was provided to a significant number of emerging to middle-market government contractors and technology firms. Earlier experience includes managing the Audit and Business Advisory Practice at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C., and serving as Corporate Controller for both Ogden Corporation and Dual, Inc. Chris began the professional journey as an Audit Manager at PwC after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Virginia in 1982.
