Megan Conoley is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Medical Director for Provider Experience at USMD Health System since September 2003. With a focus on enhancing healthcare delivery, Megan supports primary care providers in their mission to improve the healthcare system. As a primary care physician for both adults and children, Megan addresses routine check-ups, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions. Additional roles at USMD include Medical Director for Primary Care and Medical Director for New Provider Onboarding. Since January 2018, Megan has also been the Executive Director at Searchlight I92. Previously, training was completed as a Resident Physician at the University of Cincinnati Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Program from July 1999 to June 2003, following a Medical Degree from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from The University of Texas.
