Jerry Uffner currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Card Issuing at Usio, Inc., a position held since November 2023. Uffner has extensive experience in the fintech sector, including prior roles such as President at Tern, where responsibilities included developing a Banking as a Service platform and overseeing various aspects of business operations. Other notable positions include Senior Vice President at FIS, where leadership of the Prepaid payments division was key, and President and CEO at FirstView Financial, where Uffner revitalized the company. Uffner has also contributed to various boards, including at the Innovative Payments Association and Mt. Bethel UMC-Back Pack Blessings, promoting community support for schoolchildren in need. Uffner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
