Wendy Hilgert is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at USIC since May 2012. Wendy has held various roles within USIC, including Human Resource Specialist and Payroll Specialist, with responsibilities that include converting payroll systems to Workday, processing EIB files, and verifying data. Prior to USIC, Wendy served as Human Resources Supervisor and Generalist at Badger Daylighting Corporation and worked as a Payroll Administrator at Calumet Lubricants. Wendy holds a High School Diploma from Western Boone High School, where studies were completed from 1980 to 1984.
